How Easy Pics works
One gallery, one link, no app for your guests. Here's the whole flow from creating your event to downloading every photo afterward.
How it works, step by step
Step 1
Create your event
Add your names and the date. This sets up one private gallery for guest photos and videos — nothing goes live until you share it.
Step 2
Share the QR or link
Print the QR on table cards or a welcome sign, or send the private link directly. Both point to the same upload page, so it doesn't matter which one a guest uses.
Step 3
Guests upload — no app, no account
Scanning or tapping the link opens the upload page in their phone's browser. They pick photos and videos from their camera roll or shoot new ones, then send. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
Step 4
You review, download, and share
Everything guests send lands in your gallery as it arrives. Review it whenever you're ready, download the full set or just your favorites, and share the album back with guests if you want to.
The details that matter
For your guests
A guest scans the QR or taps the link, lands on your upload page, picks photos and videos, and sends. That's the whole interaction — no login screen, no permission prompt beyond the browser's normal camera-roll access. For the full walkthrough, see wedding photo upload for guests.
For you as host
Every upload lands in your gallery as it arrives, so you can check in during the event or wait until the next morning — either works. When you're ready, download everything or just the ones you want to keep. For printing the QR itself, see wedding QR code for photos.

Guests scanned the table QR and uploaded in the browser. Nobody installed an app. We opened the gallery the next morning.

Common questions
- Do guests need to download an app?
- No. The QR code or link opens an upload page in their phone's browser. There's nothing to install and no account to create.
- How do guests actually get the link?
- However you'd normally reach them — a printed QR code on tables or a welcome sign, a text or email with the link, or a mention on your wedding website.
- Who can see the photos?
- Your gallery is private, not a public feed. Only people who have your event link can view it or upload to it — share the link only with guests you want uploading.
- What happens to the photos after the wedding?
- They stay in your gallery for you to review and download on your own schedule. Nothing is deleted or shared automatically — you decide what to keep and who else sees it.
