What to print
Use these sizes and contrast rules. Guests should scan from about three feet away.
Sizes that work
- Tables: Use a 5×7 card. Keep the QR at least about 1.75 inches square so seated guests can read it.
- Welcome or bar: Use a larger board. Guests should scan while they stand in line.
- Contrast: Use black modules on a white field. Do not use cream backgrounds or busy patterns behind the code.
Make a sign now
Use the free wedding QR sign maker or a table sign template. After you create your event, put your gallery QR on the sign.
Sign text guests understand
Use one short line. Do not write “join our app.” Do not use hashtags without a clear action.

What happens after the scan
The code opens your private upload page in Safari or Chrome. Guests select photos and videos. They tap send and leave. They do not create an Easy Pics account. Files go into the gallery you create as host.

QR questions
- What if the QR will not scan?
- Check contrast and size. Print dark modules on a white field. Make the code larger. Do not put shiny laminate over the code. Each gallery also has a private link to the same upload page.
- Should we put the link on the sign too?
- Yes on welcome boards. A short URL under the code helps guests who cannot scan or who prefer to type the link later.
- Does a wedding QR code for photos replace our photographer?
- No. The code collects guest photos. Keep your photographer for professional coverage. Use the QR for guest phones.
- Can one QR work for the whole weekend?
- Yes. Use one gallery, one code, and one link. You can reuse the same print items across events if the guest list is the same.

- Print one large welcome board and one card per table
- Test the scan from about 3 feet under venue lights
- Put the same link on the wedding website as a backup
- Tell the planner or day-of coordinator once where the code is
