Terms of Service

The service

Easy Pics lets a host create an event, share a QR code or link, and let guests upload photos and videos without an app or account. Hosts view, download, and manage the uploaded media from their dashboard.

Accounts

Hosts create an account to manage events. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Guests don't need an account — a temporary, event-scoped session is used to let them upload.

Plans and payment

Event plans (Essential, Celebration, Weekend) are one-time purchases that unlock storage, an upload window, and a viewing window for a single event, as described on the event's checkout page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Polar, our payment processor and merchant of record. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

Host responsibilities

You're responsible for the event you create and for having guests' permission to invite them to upload photos and videos of themselves. Don't use Easy Pics to collect content from anyone without a reasonable basis to do so (e.g., invited guests at your event).

Acceptable use

You and your guests won't use Easy Pics to upload or share content that:

• Is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or violates their privacy.
• Is abusive, harassing, or sexually explicit involving a minor.
• Contains malware or is used to attack or disrupt the service.

Content ownership and license

Guests retain ownership of the photos and videos they upload. By uploading, a guest grants the host and Easy Pics a license to store, process, and display that content within the event, solely to provide the service. We don't sell guest content or use it for advertising.

Moderation and removal

Hosts can hide or delete any upload from their event. We may remove content or suspend an event that violates these terms or applicable law, without prior notice.

Data retention and deletion

Each plan includes an upload window and a viewing window, shown at checkout and on the event dashboard. After the viewing window ends, event media is deleted from our systems and can't be recovered. Hosts should download anything they want to keep before then.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Easy Pics is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Easy Pics isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost photos, videos, or data, beyond the amount you paid for the event plan in question.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account or event for violating these terms. You can stop using the service at any time; purchased plans are governed by the Refund Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of Easy Pics after a change means you accept the updated terms.
